Find a conversation
The inbox lists every chat. Use the filters to see conversations that need a person, are unanswered or are with a person, or search by name or the last 4 digits of the phone.
Read and reply
Open a conversation to read the whole thread, including what the assistant sent and the product photos. Type in the reply box and press Enter to send. The list refreshes by itself.
