Turn on ISSA Salud
Switch on clinical records, accept the data agreement and give your clinical team access.
Before you start
ISSA Salud is included in the Growth and Scale plans. Only the organization's owner can turn it on, because doing so accepts the data processing agreement on behalf of the clinic.
Steps
- Open Settings and choose the Health tab.
- Read the summary of the data processing agreement and, if you like, the full agreement.
- Tick the acceptance box and choose Turn on the health module.
- In Team, give the Health professional role to the people who see patients.
What changes
The Patients menu appears. Only members with a clinical role see records, and every view, print and export goes into the access log. If you turn the module off, patients are hidden but nothing is deleted.
