Terms of service
Version 2026-10-25-draft
The rules for using ISSA between [Legal entity name] and the organization that signs up.
1. The service
ISSA is a software service that lets a business answer its customers on messaging channels with an AI assistant, manage a catalog, receive alerts, send follow-ups and take over chats from an inbox.
2. Accounts and approval
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. New organizations may be reviewed before the assistant is activated. We may refuse or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the chosen period, and taxes are added where they apply. You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. [Refund terms to be defined by legal.]
4. Your content and your customers
You keep ownership of your catalog, messages and customer data. You are responsible for having the right to contact your customers and for the information the assistant is given. You must comply with the data protection laws that apply to you.
5. AI assistant
Answers are generated by AI from the information you provide and may be incomplete or wrong. Review how your assistant behaves, use the inbox to supervise important conversations and do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial advice.
6. WhatsApp connection
Linking a number by QR code is not an official WhatsApp integration and can lead to restrictions or a ban of the number by WhatsApp. You accept that risk as described in the QR connection risks document.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party outages (messaging networks, AI providers) are outside our control.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. [Limits to be confirmed by legal.]
9. Changes, law and jurisdiction
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of [city, state] have jurisdiction. [To be confirmed by legal.]
