Set up automatic follow-ups

Nudge customers who went quiet without bothering them at night.

Turn them on

  1. Open your assistant and go to Alerts and follow-up.
  2. Set Follow up after (hours). Leave it empty to turn follow-ups off.
  3. Write the follow-up message and save.

When they are sent

Follow-ups go out only between 9:00 and 20:00 in the assistant time zone, and only to customers who have not asked to stop receiving messages.
