Get alerts when a customer is ready

Your team gets a WhatsApp message when a customer needs attention.

Set who is alerted

  1. Open your assistant and go to Alerts and follow-up.
  2. Under Numbers to alert, write one number per line in international format, like +5215512345678. You can add up to 5.
  3. Save changes.

When alerts are sent

The assistant alerts your team when a customer is ready to buy, asks to talk to a person, or asks something it cannot answer.
